Parking is FREE at the Oregon State Fair!

Time, once again, for Oregon State Fair and all the traffic challenges that can come about for the 11 day annual event.  Please have patience once you arrive and allow the parking staff to direct you to the nearest parking area.

If you have special needs, there are several ADA parking areas.  The YELLOW GATE (Gate C) parking area off Silverton Road is one option, as is the PAVILION LOT located off Sunnyview Street near PINK GATE (Gate H).  These lots are paved and are closest to the fair entrances.  We also hold the closest parking areas located in the grass areas for seniors and disabled persons.  These spaces, however, are not paved and will be used for those who can manage without having a paved surface.  Please show the parking attendants your disabled parking pass so we know your needs.  Watch for folks wearing the ORANGE vests and be ready to follow some simple instructions, drive slowly, have patience and enjoy your time at the Oregon State Fair.

PETS:

DO NOT LEAVE PETS IN CARS!  For safety reasons, only service animals (guide dogs only) are allowed on the Fairgrounds during the Fair, unless otherwise noted for competition purposes.  Any animal on the Fairgrounds shall be on a leash not more than six feet long and kept under physical control at all times; the owner is responsible for the animal's behavior and its waste while on grounds.  If a pet is found running loose on grounds, the animal may be brought to a local animal shelter.

Oregon State Fair staff will ensure that only service animals will be admitted, according to the criteria specified by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Please CLICK HERE to review the information from ADA to make sure your dog meets the requirements for a service animal under ADA.
