You won't go hungry at the fair! From state fair traditions such as Curly Fries, Hand-Dipped Corn Dogs, Elephant Ears and Ice Cream, to some of your personal favorites such as Sushi, Thai, Mexican, German, Vegetarian and BBQ. You can be sure that we offer something to eat for all appetites!
This year, check out these new additions for 2011:
Nick's New York Deli - This family friendly menu features many east coast favorites, such as pizza, pastas, Philly Cheese Steak and Coney dogs. (on the Main Concourse at the entrance to Familyville)
Pirates of the Pacific - Menu items such as "Captain Hook's Giant Turkey Legs" and "Scallywag's Meatballs on a Stick", will assure a fun dining experience for the entire family! (north end of the grounds on the Main Concourse)
Trails End BBQ - Memphis Style Pulled Pork or Tri-Tip Sirloin of Beef sound good? You've come to the right place! (in Picnic Grove near the north Fairlift station)
Willamette Valley Fruit Company - Delicious fresh baked fruit pie by the slice, scones, muffins, fruit turnovers and strawberry shortcake. (inside the AmeriCraft Center near the SE corner)
Adult Areas & Walk-Around Areas
There are several great adult beverage locations on-site to enjoy an Oregon microbrew or glass of Oregon wine. Adults may "walk around" the Fairgrounds enjoying beverages. Several serving locations will be located throughout the Fairgrounds. The Oregon State Fair reminds you to drink responsibly and to abide by all security and state police requests. Alcohol is not allowed through admission gates. Please respect our "Fair family friendly zones" while enjoying adult beverages and smoking. Family friendly zones include the Carnival, 4-H/FFA exhibit areas and Familyville.
