Enjoy your next Company picnic at the Oregon State Fair! We offer a lush Picnic Grove area seating up to 2500 people. Share a fabulous lunch and then enjoy the day at the State Fair.

2012 COMPANY PICNIC BREAKDOWN

Fair Admission:

Groups up to 99=Group pricing at $7 per admission ticket

Groups 100-1500=Discount pricing at $6 per admission ticket

Groups 1501 and up=Discount pricing at $5 per admission ticket

Kids 5 and under are FREE

Once a final count is provided and tickets are printed, they are non refundable.  The Oregon State Fair will accept payment at the time the tickets are printed.

Funtastic/Carnival: CARNIVAL PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

25% discount on ride tickets with a minimum purchase of 3,000 tickets.  (Tickets are sold in increments of 1,000 thereafter) 3,000 = $1,125.00. 25% discount is also good for game tickets.

Catering

You have the choice of choosing any catering or food service of your choice, without any additional cost associated with the Oregon State Fair.

Companies will need to contract directly with the catering or food services as far as head count, food choices, set up of food lines and payment of the catering.

Picnics are held in a designated outdoor area within the Picnic Grove (rain or shine).  The Oregon State Fair provides the tables, chairs, table coverings, set up and tear down.
