On Friday, August 22nd, more than 35 professional cooking teams will take over the north end of Picnic Grove. Teams will battle for three days and three nights during the 2008 Oregon State Fair. Brought to you by the Pacific Northwest BBQ Association in cooperation with the Oregon State Fair, this competition will pit professional cooking teams from 15 western states against each other in a battle for BIG prize money.
